Do you charge extra for inspections or tenant maintenance?
No. Our plans include regular inspections and transparent maintenance coordination. There are no hidden markups or admin fees.
I already have tenants—can I still sign up?
Absolutely. We’ll handle a smooth transition, including introducing ourselves to the tenants and collecting all legal documentation from your previous manager (if any).
How do you collect rent and handle arrears?
Rent is collected electronically, monitored daily, and we act swiftly if any arrears arise—keeping you informed and protected.
How frequently will rent be paid out to landlords?
We pay out rent to landlords on the 20th of each month. This schedule allows us to:
- Settle any outstanding maintenance costs promptly
- Account for any late or partial tenant payments
- Provide you with a consolidated and accurate monthly statement
- This timing ensures minimal disruption to your cash flow, especially with most mortgage payments due on the 1st of the following month—giving you time to manage any shortfall if needed.
Do you handle tenancy disputes or tribunal representation?
Yes—superPower includes full representation at the Tenancy Tribunal, plus advice and preparation support under our other plans. Please note that any legal costs through a third party will not be covered.
Can I access my property info online?
Yes! All our plans include access to a landlord dashboard showing rent, maintenance, financials, and communications.
Do you help with rent increases and market appraisals?
Yes. gigaPower and superPower plans include annual market rent reviews to keep your returns optimised.
